How ChastityTek collects, uses and shares consumer health data through the Veru One app and device, and how to use your rights under Washington, Nevada and Connecticut law.

Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective: October 16, 2026

This policy explains how RuvoTech LLC, doing business as ChastityTek ("ChastityTek", "we", "us" or "our"), 7121 W Craig Rd, Ste 113 PMB 1011, Las Vegas, NV 89129, USA, handles consumer health data, as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada law and Connecticut law, that we collect through the Veru One app and device. Our Privacy Policy covers all other personal information.

What we collect and how we use it

Depending on the features you use, the Veru One app and device collect the following categories of information, which may be consumer health data:

  • Account information: your email address, the name you choose, your login details, whether you are a wearer or a keyholder, and the accounts you link with. We use it to set up and run your account and to link you with the keyholder or wearer you choose.
  • Device and phone information: the device's identifier, model, software version and battery level, and your phone's model, operating system and app version. We use it to connect your device to the app and to keep both working.
  • Wear and activity data: when the device is put on or taken off, erection and heart-rate readings, and the alerts based on them. We use it to run the wear and alert features you and your keyholder turn on, including sending those alerts.
  • E-stim data: e-stim settings and activity, and the commands and settings your keyholder sends. We use it to run the e-stim and keyholder features you turn on.
  • Content you create: messages, notes and settings you enter in the app. We use it to provide the app features that use it.
  • AI features: if you use them, the messages you send and the replies they generate. We use them to generate those replies.
  • Usage and diagnostic data: which features you use, crash reports and performance data. We use it to keep the app and device working and to fix problems.

We also use any of these categories to provide support, to keep the device, the app and our systems secure, to improve the Veru One, and to comply with the law. This data is processed in the Veru One app on your phone, on our app servers and on the systems of the service providers described below, and access to it is limited to the people and providers who need it for these purposes.

Where it comes from

  • You, when you set up your account and use the app.
  • Your Veru One device and the app on your phone.
  • The keyholder or wearer you link with, for example the commands, settings and messages they send.
  • The AI features you use, which generate replies to your messages.

What we share and with whom

We share consumer health data only with these categories of third parties:

  • The keyholder or wearer you link with in the app: the information the app shows them, which can include your account name, wear and activity data and the alerts based on it, e-stim data, and content you send them.
  • Service providers that process it for us: the providers that host our app servers (all of the categories above), the providers of our AI features (the messages you send to AI features and their replies) and our email provider (alerts and other messages we send by email, and the addresses they go to).
  • Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
  • A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, under this policy.

We do not share consumer health data with affiliates, and we do not sell it.

Third parties do not collect consumer health data about you over time and across different websites or online services through the Veru One app. When you use our website, Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites through Google Analytics, as section 6 of our Privacy Policy explains.

Consent

We collect consumer health data only with your consent, and we share it only with your consent to that sharing, except where the law allows us to collect or share it without consent, for example where it is necessary to provide a feature you asked for. You give consent in the app before the collection or sharing starts. You can withdraw your consent at any time by turning the feature off in the app, by deleting your account or by emailing us. Features that depend on your consent may no longer work after you withdraw it, and withdrawing it does not affect collection or sharing that took place before.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we collect, share or sell consumer health data about you, and access that data, including a list of the third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or sold it;
  • withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of it;
  • have it deleted; and
  • ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.

To make a request or withdraw consent, email contact@chastitytek.com. We verify each request, usually by confirming it from the email address on your app account, and we may decline a request we cannot verify. We answer within the time the law requires. We may keep data that the law requires or allows us to keep.

If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will tell you in writing, within the time the law requires, what action we took or did not take on your appeal and why, and, if we deny your appeal, how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date. Where the law requires, before we collect, use or share consumer health data in a category or for a purpose this policy does not describe, we will first tell you about that category or purpose and obtain your consent.
