Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how RuvoTech LLC, doing business as ChastityTek ("ChastityTek", "we", "us" or "our"), 7121 W Craig Rd, Ste 113 PMB 1011, Las Vegas, NV 89129, USA, handles personal information when you visit chastitytek.com, join our email list, order a Veru One, contact us, or use the Veru One app. We are the controller of this information. Questions go to contact@chastitytek.com.
1. What we collect
When you visit the website
- Technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. Our hosting and security providers process this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Information about how you use the site, collected with cookies by Google Analytics (see section 6).
When you join our email list
- Your email address and the language of the page you signed up from.
When you order a Veru One
- Your name, email address, shipping address and billing address, your phone number if you give one, and your order details (what you ordered, the total, your batch and ship window).
- Card information: your card number and security code are entered on a form provided by our payment processor, Stripe, which stores your card; we never see your full card number. We receive and keep the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry month and year, and the results of Stripe's card checks.
- A record of your consent at checkout: the text you agreed to, the version of our Terms of Sale, the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, and a copy of the order summary as it was shown to you.
- Records of the emails we send you about your order, the links you use in them (for example to keep, cancel or update an order), payments, shipping and delivery tracking.
When you contact us
- Your messages and the contact details you use, and our replies.
When you use the Veru One app and device
Depending on the features you use, the app and device may collect:
- Account information: your email address, the name you choose, your login details, whether you are a wearer or a keyholder, and the accounts you link with.
- Device and phone information: the device's identifier, model, software version and battery level, and your phone's model, operating system and app version.
- Wear and activity data: when the device is put on or taken off, erection and heart-rate readings and the alerts based on them, e-stim settings and activity, and the commands and settings your keyholder sends.
- Content you create: messages, notes and settings you enter in the app.
- AI features: if you use them, the messages you send and the replies they generate.
- Usage and diagnostic data: which features you use, crash reports and performance data.
We use this data to run the features you and your keyholder turn on, to keep the device and app working and secure, to provide support, and to improve the Veru One.
Wear and activity data, heart-rate readings and messages with AI features can reveal information about your health and sex life. We collect them only after you agree in the app, you can withdraw that consent at any time by turning the feature off or deleting your account, and we do not sell them.
2. How we use it
- To take, fulfil and support your order: verifying your card, reserving your place in a batch, sending order emails and notices, charging your card when your order ships, shipping it and handling returns, cancellations and warranty claims.
- To meet legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records, sending notices required by consumer-protection law, and answering lawful requests.
- To prevent fraud and handle disputes: checking that cards and addresses are genuine, and giving our records to your card issuer if a charge is disputed.
- To send updates you asked for: availability and product news to our email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To run and improve the website: security, troubleshooting and understanding which pages are useful.
- To provide the app: the wearer and keyholder features you turn on.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, our legal bases are: performing our contract with you (orders and the app), complying with legal obligations (records and notices), our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, defending disputes and keeping the site secure, and your consent (the email list, analytics cookies where consent is required, and sensitive app data). You can withdraw consent at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the following, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Stripe, our payment processor, which receives your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and phone number (if you give one), stores your card and processes payments and fraud checks. Stripe also uses some information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Twilio SendGrid, which sends our emails.
- The people you link with in the app: your keyholder (or wearer) sees the status, alerts and other information the app shows them.
- Sevalla, which hosts the website and our order database, Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website, and the providers that host our app servers and AI features.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics (see section 6).
- Shipping carriers and customs authorities, which receive your name, shipping address, phone number (if you give one) and the contents and value of your parcel to deliver it.
- Your card issuer and the card networks, if a charge is disputed.
- Professional advisers and authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, under this policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers process information in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the United Kingdom or the European Union, we rely on safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where our provider participates, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders, payments, consent records and order notices: 5 years after your order ships or is cancelled, to meet tax and consumer-protection record-keeping rules and to answer card disputes.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe; we then keep only a record that you unsubscribed.
- Support messages: 3 years after the conversation ends, or longer if they relate to an order.
- Website logs: for a short period set by our hosting and security providers.
- App data: while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your app data, except data the law requires us to keep.
When an order is cancelled before we charge your card, we ask Stripe to remove the card stored for that order, but we keep the order record for the period above.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are needed for the website to work and stay secure, for example to remember your checkout or your order status page and to protect the site from abuse. Our security provider, Cloudflare, sets a cookie that helps tell people from automated traffic. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure how the site is used; you can block them in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Third parties, including Google through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our website. Our checkout and order pages do not load analytics. Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information, for access to it (including, where the law provides, a list of the third parties we have shared it with), to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy in a portable format, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent. To make a request, email contact@chastitytek.com; this is also our designated request address under Nevada law. We will verify your request (usually by confirming it from the email address on your order or account) and answer within the time the law requires. We may keep information we need to meet legal obligations, such as order records. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; we answer appeals in writing within the time the law requires, and if we deny your appeal we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle consumer health data under the laws of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, and how to use your rights over it.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to personal information to the people and providers who need it. Card data is held by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Adults only
Our website, products and app are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and notify you where the law requires.
