If a man is healthy he can experience several automatic erections throughout the night while he is asleep, which can make sleep challenging with traditional cages. The device works just fine without another heart rate monitoring source, but this added layer increases its accuracy. If I was your keyholder I would insist you used it at all times unless you needed to take it off to charge during sleep. In that case you should let your keyholder know. The Veru One is a fully customizable device that includes a 2-foot section of silicone tubing. You can cut this tubing to your desired length and insert the provided plugs into each end to attach to both ends of the device.
